According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the season of Spring is associated with the Liver and Gallbladder organ pair. With the change in seasons, emotions may run high, most specifically in the form of anger. As we shift from the Yin of Winter to the more Yang energy of Spring, it is important that we align our wellness routines to support healthy qi flow. This 2hr workshop will combine practices from Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, self-massage, and meditation.
