On the winter solstice the Sun travels the shortest path through the sky, giving us the longest night of the year. Although this time of year can be difficult with shorter days and longer nights, it presents us with an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and practice gratitude for what our lives bring. Corinne will lead a yoga class that is SLOW, to reconnect with your body and bring the mind to a quieter state for deeper reflection. Dress warm- the studio will be cozy and we will have lots of winter treats
