Qigong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, and focused intent. This practice is designed to open the body’s energetic pathways to enhance the flow of Qi (life force) and support emotional equilibrium.
Join Tricia on Sunday mornings in October for an introduction to this calming, balancing practice. Class will begin with the Qi Gong practice. The second half of class will consist of seated meditation and a brief writing period. Please dress comfortably and bring your journal.
