Meditation 101
Join Chloe Roche, certified meditation guide, in this introduction to meditation workshop! This workshop is open to ALL, whether you have a current meditation practice or have never meditated before! During the 90 minutes that we have together, the first 15 minutes will be a brief intro to meditation, followed by a 30 minute guided meditation, 15 minutes of reflection of experiences, and 30 minutes on the benefits of meditation and how to incorporate it into your daily life! Some of these benefits include an increased sense of calm, self awareness, concentration, mental well-being, and so much more! Meditation really IS for everyone, we just have to find what works for YOU!
