We all know there are so many benefits to yoga. We also know there are many benefits to muscle building outside of yoga. In this class we will warm up our bodies with 10-15 minutes of yoga asana practice, followed by 30-40 minutes of high intensity, “boot camp” style calisthenics. We will close the class with more yoga asana and savasana.
This is a challenging class! First establishing your breath and focus in asana, and carrying that breath and focus to a high intensity calisthenics session will not be easy.
Bring a towel!
