"How's your pelvic floor?" isn't something we say to one another. Why? Because topics like this can be embarrassing or awkward. Join us for a discrete and non-embarassing (you don't need to share) workshop on how to keep your abdomen, glutes, and pelvic floor doing what they're supposed to do for you--be strong and supportive!
What you'll get: clear understanding of what the pelvic floor is, what it's supposed to do, and how to prevent situations we don't want from happening. This will be a yoga class with some discussion (you can only participate in the discussion if you wish), and you will leave armed with easy exercises to practice at home or that you can practice within any yoga class you take.
